Luosto - Log Cabin Multi Activity Taster

I travelled with my 3 children to Luosto in Finland for a week of winter activities. The travelling was very relaxed with our guide to meet us at the airport. The log cabin was a bit further from the hotel, where the meals were taken, than ideal but it was cosy and well furnished. Luosto is a very small, quiet resort, perfect for the nervous downhill skier. On our day off it was very simple to go skiing and at times we had the easy slopes to ourselves. The activities during the week were well organised and just the right length - the snowshoe evening walk in the forest was very good even if we didn't see the Northern Lights. All the equipment used was of a good quality and the local guides were very friendly and helpful - thanks for a relaxing week in the snow
