Savalen - Christmas at Savalen

A wonderful adventure for the whole family. Everything was very well organised and the Activities Abroad rep. at the hotel (Amy) worked so hard to make sure that each day ran smoothly and all families had a great experience. We stayed in a Santa Street Apartment which gave us lots of space in our accomodation and we were only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The journey to and from the Apartment was a fun adventure each time with kick-sleds and the route going past Santa's house. After a busy days activities it was lovely to relax in front of the fire in the hotel while our boys played with the other children. Hi-lights included the husky sledging and skidoos, the great pool complex, the remote, beautiful setting of the hotel and of course meeting Father Christmas, which was magical. We even managed to catch a fish when we went ice fishing! An unforgettable and special trip.
