The whole experience was excellent, from my first enquiry to returning home! The service & information provided was faultless. Everybody involved in providing the holiday & activities were very personable, professional & informative. Without doubt the best holiday we have ever had! Truly magical, an experience of a lifetime, better than I could have ever imagined, THANKYOU TO EVERYONE!!! For me the Husky Safari (was my favourite activity) as it's something I’ve always wanted to do. The rest of the family it was the Snowmobiles, as it was exciting! Although we enjoyed all the activities & our guide Jaakko was Fantastic, he was so informative & knowledgeable about so many things, a good cook too, we had excellent lunches, cooked on open fires! He added to our enjoyment & was always helpful & friendly. Comments: The best holiday ever!!! Everything was just as described in the brochure, all the information & discussion I had on the phone before booking was excellent & very helpful. The whole experience was a pleasure & your staff were very helpful, we would definitely book with you again & recommend you to friends, I have not stopped telling everyone about how fabulous it was since we came home.
