Overall Holiday Rating: Excellent. Comments: Everything surpassed my expectations. We will definitely be using Activities Aboard again. We had 2 problems - a transfer issue from the Ice Hotel which was dealt with immediately and due to an Arctic snow storm we were unable to do the Snowmobiling activity. The day after we returned home I received a letter from yourselves and a refund for the activity we missed - Unbelievable customer care. A big thank you and you truly did blow me away with such superb customer service. Most enjoyable activity? Definitely the Huskies - we had 2 and half magical and memorable hours with the huskies and their keeper. Absolutely superb. Least enjoyable? We enjoyed every activity, 100% perfect service and brilliant guides. Your comments? My wife and I have travelled far and wide over the years and have never experienced such professional and personal service. From booking the holiday to solving the minor hiccups everything was superb. We will definitely be returning to Abisko next year and will make it 7 days next time.
