We had a great time at Brandon Lodge. The guides and local staff couldn't do more for us. Excellent service.The snowmobile was excellent, dog sledging was very good, hovercraft great and Reindeer very informative!

The staff in the restaurant, reception and all guides were excellent. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make our holiday as special as it could be.

Santa visit - obviously seeing the kids faces, but it was exactly as we wanted, quiet and magical in the woods, not some huge commercial factory feel to it. Perfect. Overall excellent. Read more the outset Dawn was really "on it" - helpful, quick, knowledgeable and happy to help arrange a call with a colleague to answer some specific questions about the kids activities and suitability. Exactly the service I look for and have always tried to engender in my sales teams. I looked around a bit initially as had never booked Lapland in my career so knew nothing much about it other than I didn't wan't a big commercial resort. You guys (and Dawn in particular of course) were on the money from the outset, so as soon as we got the quote and the info it was a no brainer for us. Immediately stopped talking to anyone else and just finalised the plans with you as soon as we had our leave agreed our side. Keep up the good work. The holiday to Lapland was fantastic and worth the travelling days to get there and back. The Husky ride and snowmobiling and reindeer ride were all brilliant but the absolute highlight has to be the special meeting with Santa it really was magical for the kids and adults! Thank you very much it was worth paying the extra to go through you for this holiday it was fantastic.

The place was really good, as your consultants told us before booking. Packing list came in really handy. Activities we had during holidays where amazing, and also there was enough free time to explore the area on our own. Hotel staff was very helpful caring and supportive and tended to all our needs. Read more experience, being outside in the cold and not being cold, and all the candles in the forest. Our kid really enjoyed Santa, this was an unexpected turn of events. And Northern lights workshop was extremely helpful, without it we would not be able to recognize them and would have missed them.

I was worried that in booking this trip we would be hauled around with a huge group of people. Instead, we really felt like we were "alone" on a custom trip and not part of a herd. That is the biggest positive of your agency's service.The activity guides were so committed to the area and had a real passion for their work. The team over in Ruka were fantastic. Nothing was too Much trouble. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The guides on the snowmobiling activity really took care of our girls during the ride and when we got to the camp fire. Read more failing due to freezing cold hands and getting them sat right next the fire. They were so helpful we really appreciated their help. There was such a wide variety that we experienced that each one of us had our own favourite. My husband loved the snowmobiling to the northern lights. My oldest daughter loved the husky ride and my youngest daughter loved the cross country skiing. I think being in charge of the huskies and driving them for an hour was probably my favourite! The ladies that looked after me- Jade and Emma were fantastic. They were able to advise and responded to me promptly. If they didn’t know, they were quick to find out and let me know. Excellent customer service. Everything was seamless, from the moment we got on the plane in Gatwick to when we returned.

Holiday was magical and everything as promised in the brochure was delivered to a very high standard. Hard to pick out one highlight - visit to Santa was magical, the snowmobile safari was a really good length, loved the cross country skiing tracks.
