We specialise in adventure holidays for families, where you can get together and explore and discover great family activities and see amazing local wildlife, on your family holiday you could experience swimming with dolphins, go whale watching, travel with a small group of like-minded, similar aged children, or go tailor-made for your family holiday and pick activities to suit you and your family.
Our team of travel experts answer the phones and reply to your emails. They will do everything from taking the stress out of choosing the best holiday for your family, sourcing all available flight options and advising you which destination will be the best match for you based on their own (and their families) personal experiences at each of our destinations.
Our customer support team look after any amendments, updates or requests between booking your holiday and travelling. They are also responsible for any post-holiday feedback from guests once they have travelled.
The marketing team are responsible for getting the word out about our fantastic holidays! We do a range of print and digital marketing along with our social media and e-newsletters too.
We also have a host of dedicated individuals who work behind the scenes in our accounts and payroll teams, office manager and HR departments to keep everything running smoothly and all make vital contributions to keeping our company running day to day.
