Read more movie set. It was so beautiful. I'm not sure that we could pick the most enjoyable because we loved everything. Highlights - For me - Northern Lights (bucket list item), snow mobiles, dog sled, reindeer sled and meeting Santa. We also loved the ice restaurant.

Please pass on my thanks to everyone I spoke with throughout the process – we felt we received excellent recommendations and advice and we had a perfect holiday. Customer service in the UK has slipped recently but you are a company who ‘bucked the trend’ and excelled. My only complaint is that this was meant to me a once in a lifetime holiday and now my wife is looking to book again…!

A review of Ranua - Festive Family Adventure by The Hyatt FamilyWow! What can I say. A truly amazing experience that I will never forget. We booked for 3 nights and tried to do as much as possible. The accommodation was fantastic and to use the saunas is a must. There was lots of snow and my daughter insisted on being pulled everywhere on a sledge even round the Wildlife park. We went in search of the Northern lights being pulled on a sleigh by a Finn horse…
Read more and spending 2 hours in the forest at night by a campfire. We had a sleigh ride with the Reindeer and also managed to fit in 2 hours of steering the Huskies on a sledge. The secret visit to Santa was magical but that's all I'm going to say as I promised him not to give too much away??

Just to say thank you for organising an amazing trip for my family. We had a great time at Gulo Gulo holiday village. The accommodation was superb very warm spacious and comfortable. We loved the sauna too. The wildlife safari team at the village were very accommodating and we had superb experiences all round. Father Christmas trip to his secret cabin was amazing. Read more trip to the Reindeer Farm. The Husky dog trip was epic too. We enjoyed the Finn horse safari across a frozen lake in the dark very atmospheric. We also had a wild night safari into the Zoo which was great we had a guide take us around for two hours looking for nighttime activity. In terms of the overall experience, we had a brilliant time. Brilliant would not hesitate to recommend.

A review of Ranua - Pick and Mix by The O'Hara-Smith FamilyThe activities were just perfect. Our kids loved them. Staff at a Holiday Village Gulo Gulo were fab. So friendly especially the French guy who’s name I can’t remember, went over and above to help me find the phone I'd lost in the snow!
